I've already bought three bottles of this serum and when I started using this with (after one bottle) adaplene, my hyperpigmentation is non-existent. If you plan on using this without a retinoid, I would say it takes longer to fade your hyperpigmentation. However, the formula of this product is top tier but I would cautious if you have really sensitive skin.
